On Saturday morning I hitchhiked from Varėna to Elektrėnai. This is new city built next to the largest electrical plant in Lithuania.

During the weekend I explored Dzūkija, southern side of Lithuania. I visited opening of the new visitor's centre of Dzūkija National Park, where my friends work.

Gražute meeting

During last week I made a short trip Plateliai - Kaunas - Salakas - Panevėžys - Tytuvėnai - Plateliai.
In Salakas we had volunteers meeting, during which we presented volunteering to the local community, cleaned the forest with pupils and Gražute regional park workers.

Also we played improvised football and went to see rally competition. After the meeting we hitchhiked to Panevėžys to our friends. The next day I went to Tytuvėnai, explored the territory of regional park, monastery, and then went home through Šiauliai.

Hitchhiking through Baltics. Day 6-7, on a way home.

During 1 day we hitchhiked from Tallinn to Panevėžys, visited nice town Pärnu. The next day I spent some time in Panevėžys and came back to Platliai.

Hitchhiking through Baltics. Day 5, 31.08. Helsinki.

Early in the morning we went to the sea port and took a ferry to Helsinki, where we spent whole day.
Walked a lot in the city, visited incredible Suomenlinna island and came back to Tallinn in the midnight.

Hitchhiking through Baltics. Day 4, 30.08. Estonian countryside.

After Tallinn we explored area around Jõelähtme village. We visited Rebala graveyard museum, found one of the largest waterfalls in Estonia, old hydrostation where Tarkovskiy shoot film "Stalker" and golf fields.
